ESSPY RD-167 is compatible with all types of epoxy resin in any proportion Resins diluted with ESSPY RD-167 can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. Higher proportion of ESSPY RD-167 imparts flexibility in cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly. Chemical structure: Advantages: Reduces viscosity while maintaining most cured properties. Improves wetting and process ability. Practically no reduction of hardness. ESSPY RD-167 has a shelf life of two years if stored in its original container between 2 – 40°C away from humidity and excessive heat. ESSPY RD-167 may causes pronounced skin irritation therefore rubber gloves, eye protection creams and breathing mask are recommended. Please refer MSDS for detail safety instruction.
